How do I make an appointment?

Please visit our 'Contact' page or press the 'Request An Appointment' button at the top or bottom of our website and complete the form. We aim to contact all of our new clients within 48 hours on business days.

Do I need a referral?

No, you do not need a referral to see a Speech Pathologist. You will need a doctors referral if you are planning to claim a rebate through Medicare (see below).

Do you see NDIS-funded clients?

Yes, we provide assessment and therapy services to self-managed and plan-managed NDIS clients.

Can you see my child at home?

We see all Albury-Wodonga-based clients within our clinic space in central Albury. Currently, we are providing home and school-based services to our clients on the Far South Coast of NSW.

Can you see my child at school?

For our Far South Coast clients, each school has their own policy on whether they allow Speech Pathologists to provide services at school. Please contact the school to ask about their policy regarding this.

Can I claim any rebates from my private health insurance?

Please contact your private health insurance provider to determine if your cover includes Speech Pathology prior to your initial assessment.

Can I claim any rebates from Medicare?

Typically, we like to offer a block of 8 sessions. At the end of the 8 sessions, we review progress and achievement of goals. At this point, we discuss the option of continuing or monitoring.

Our fees vary depending on the type of service provided. Client's are informed of specific fees when provided with their service agreement form. Request an appointment or email us for more information.

We currently only have a waiting list for our Albury clinic. We are happy to take new clients at both locations. Request an appointment with us today to secure a spot today!

What days do you provide services on?

We are offering services on Mondays, Thursdays and Fridays. If this changes in the future, we will let you know!
